question: do our registry and registry editor work now? I'm not terribly 
happy about needing the source code nor about having to install a driver on 
my host system, even if it's just a temporary solution. I'd really like to 
just provide a link to a zipped ISO image with the appropriate .reg file on 
it (and maybe a batch file to automate the process somewhat)
