[ros-kernel] Copyright/IP issues and ReactOS

I was wondering something similar. If the ReactOS developers arent allowed
to look at MS sources for fear of subliminally copying code, then surely the
MS developers shouldnt be allowed to look at the ReactOS sources for the
same reason. This being the case only a third party could ever tell if code
had been copied.

All in all this is probably a legal minefield and its better to be safe that
sorry.
