- Thanks!

- Edit the object, then click to Add Location.

- The hierarchy is Book Set, Book, Chapter, Info Page. If you don't 
adhere to this hierarchy then you will have problems. Unfortunately
you 
created Developer Guides as a Book Set - in a Book set! Then you
missed 
out the Chapters level entirely.

The guide can now be found here:

The only issue is that items with long names stretch the menu out! 
Something for me to look at...
