[ros-kernel] ROS does NOT compile.

Hi,

if it possible that there exist old files and directories in lib\ole32,
lib\shell32, lib\shlwapi, \mingw\include .. ? I had the same problems. I
had copied a clean source tree over my working tree. After removing some
old files, I've solved this problem.
