Of course in that case there should be a bounty on this "XXX bug". I think what you're worried about is how is determined which bug will get issued a bounty on and how high the bounty will be. What criteria are used for that? I can imagine that how long a bug has been open is important, but what else? Could people (Edward, Jason, etc.) explain their ideas on this?
