[ros-kernel] Editing boot settings...

Hi Alex and Jason,
We do really need a app like this going but we also need setupapi
merged from Winehq so we can import device driver inf scripts. Do you
think you could implement the missing functions in setupapi? I think
there is only one that needs to be implemented at this point to get it
working.
