[ros-kernel] Can't run java.exe

Hi,

can you enable the ntdll loader debug messages and try it again? You
must add a registry key for java.exe like this:

HKLM,"Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution
Options\java.exe","GlobalFlag",0x00000000,"0x00000002"

A sample is in hivesft.inf for loadlib.exe.
