Wierd.
Its in winnt.h from the latest (at least I think its the latest) Platform 
SDK from MS and also in winnt.h from Visual Studio 6 Service Pack 5.

However, its not found either in my MSDN library october 1999 or on 
msdn.microsoft.com

Mabie it was removed because its not in MSDN...
