[ros-kernel] comdlg32 build problem part deux

Hi!

My opinion on this is that we should stick to the
LISTBOX id, x, y, width, height [[, style [[, extended-style]]]]
syntax. The one with "" that was accepted only in the binutils 2.14.90 
20030612 version. It was caused by changed behaviour that was later 
reverted, because many people complained and even the original author 
(IIRC Danny Smith) said it was wrong.
