NT5sp4 also exports it. I have no NT5 no-sp available right now, but I see

NT4sp3 exports it. I have no NT4 no-sp available right now, but I see no

I didn't bother to check 3.51, 3.5 or 3.1, but I see no reason ... But since
the minimum compatibility ROS targets is NT4, it really doesn't matter what
previous versions did.
