[ros-kernel] Posix Subsystem for ReactOS - Project 2010

Know what's scary?  I found this project the other day and i was like 
'this would be a cool thing to have for ReactOS.  And i began to start 
pondering as to how feasible it'd be to make it into a subsystem, lol.
