[ros-kernel] You don't want ReactOS to be rebooted, do you?!

I'm not a developer, I only read this list to see what is being done on
ReactOS...

I have a sugestion: why not try to make ReactOS more "flexible" in order
to avoid the needing of reboot, like loading drives on-the-fly or
switching between graphical and text interface, like Linux does...
