HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlSet / {4D36E96C-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} / xxxx / 
will fix it

    I have have found out wine currnet version of winmm
    they have mix the wdm, mci, dsound audio interface code 
    direacly to the winmm.dll and in there own  audio driver with
    there own api.  but that are not so big problem

    I have start exame why wine winmm does not works on windows
    and I did use lates cvs from wine and reactos version of winmm

    for the reactos cvs I have fix a patch that read 
    some value direcly from the reg and on right plase

    rewrote 
    MMDRV_InitHardcoded
    it does get there value directly from reg not longer hard code

    fix 
    MMDRV_InitFromRegistry
    so it read the value on right plase

    I have not done the commit on this patch yet to rectos  cvs
    if  it is no objection agest this patch then I will commit it.

    I want know what others think about it

    wine have alot of bugs in the winmm.dll
    this patch will take care the to bugs
