[ros-kernel] Distributed Regression Testing for WINE and ReactOS

Hello,
Because of all of the work on regression tests I thought now would be a
good time to provide a update on how the Wine testing is going. The
results of how the Wine test suite is evolving for each Windows
platform are here.

Because each Windows platform differs slightly there are tests that
fail on each version of Windows. The goal of the system is to make all
tests pass on WINE, every Windows version and one day ReactOS.
