Hi,

I've a problem with this fix. I'm using cmd.exe as shell. Ros hangs after
loading the keyboard dll.

(api/wapi.c:193) CSR: Unable to find process data for process 0x4

It is a little bit stupid, because process 0x4 is csrss.
