Not at all. The NDA applies to the generous amounts of Windows source code 
that ship with it. A lot of information from the IFS SDK happily slips 
through into articles and Usenet posts (you can reconstruct most of the 
FsRtl and Cc APIs with back issues of "NT Insider" alone, like Bo Brantén 
and Jan did), but no FASTFAT o RDR source code - I think that's no coincidence
