[ros-kernel] Memory leak in win32k?

Hi guys:
 
in the file:
subsys\win32k\ntuser\keyboard.c

InitKbdLayout seems to contain a memory leak KeyboardLayoutWSTR is never freed by what I can see. Check  it!

I propose to rewrite that function because is very badly written mixed allocations from paged/nonpaged pool, not needed allocations+frees
seems buggy too (I'm getting random pagefaults with a different allocation pattern but could be my modifications on the way in npool.c, pleas guys take a look seems buggy)
