[ros-kernel] Cygwin???

Cygwin does not work. (cygwin1.dll)
try running MKISOFS for example (under ReactOS), included in 
http://fdos.org/ripcord/beta9rc5/microcd.iso [1.4MB, bootable]

testing with Vmware:
an installed ReactOS requires at least 20MB RAM.
with 16MB it does the following: see screenshot.
