[ros-kernel] Notepad.exe behavior - fix for bug217

The Notepad program from reactos\apps\dist \notepad directory of reactos 
module is working fine except than only  1 line can be typed !!!
=> See bug 217 in Bugzilla.

In order to have Notepad ( reactos one )  fully completed , this bug 
need to be fixed.
Is there a plan actually for this ?

Note : This is really the first usable feature for an end user point of 
view  . Abiword will  come soon .....
