[ros-kernel] Small Bug related to mouse pointer

Hi folks:
 
I don't know if this is already reported or fixed but in the relatively old version of ROS I have (I still haven't found the time to download) if you put a resizable window with the left side partially off-screen and you put the mouse pointer in the upper or lower border of the window it shows the wrong bitmap (instead of the vertical arrows).
 
Also I sent an e-mail before but I think it got lost (not sure)
 
Just in case
 
open edittst.exe
check WS_THICKFRAME
create the control with one of the buttons
now try to resize the edit control using the lower right corner
The parent window resizes with the edit control
 
Seems that WM_SIZE messages are sent to the parent window
