[ros-kernel] Application Compatibility List

I loaded those utilities from console mode. They switched to graphics mode
and a message dialog box popped up saying ERROR_GEN_FAILURE opening x.SYS
(where x is the filename) and something about the file or path not being
found.

This seems to happen a lot with ReactOS and DLLs etc. - WinZip once it's
extracted itself, it can't find it's setup program (it says can't find
.\setup.exe or something?)
