[ros-kernel] shell32 file name changes

Hi,

before building the current CVS version please execute the following command to refresh the file dependency information:

[cd into dir ...\osexperts\reactos]
del /s lib\shell32\*.d

Of course you may also do a make clean all.  ;-)
