[ros-kernel] Disk Removable Media

Hi all,
I have `90% done and committed most of it. It works, except when removing the
media and not replacing it. The system thinks it is still loaded. Someone will
fix it or I'll will later. I've copied files and directory on and off the drive,
so far it looks okay. Explorer likes it.
