[ros-kernel] RE: [ros-cvs] CVS Update: reactos

I'm confused. Is this what it was changed to or how it was before?
Log messages should describe what was changed, not how the system
behaved before or why something was changed. If needed this
information could be available in bugzilla which the log message
then could link to. This message is noise when generating a change
log for a release for instance.
