[ros-kernel] [Ros boot failure in real hardware due to Atapi driver in current CVS

Fyi , With current Reactos module in CVS tree ( head ) reactos fails to 
boot due to atapi driver as per debug messages.

Reactos boots successfully with the atapi driver sent by Gvg so 
something is broken in the atapi driver in CVS actually.
