[ros-kernel] Longhorn and ReactOS

It's a bit early to be asking questions like this.
The ReactOS developers are focused on core
functionality at the moment (and for the forseeable
future) like networking, win32 API re-implementation,
and kernel work. Talking about an as yet un-released
3D UI (can ReactOS even load (let alone make use of)
an accellerated 3D graphics driver yet?) is not really
productive. Ask again after Longhorn has been
released and you'll get a better answer.
