I doesn't matter so much. Data structures are very easy to implement
compared to APIs. Also ReactOS will be useful way before it reaches
100% Windows compatibility. Many people have used Windows NT a long
time before it reached version 5.1 and 5.2. If there are APIs that
do not show up in the API status, then just mark them so they will
show up.
