- Don't free previous buffer in NdrGetBuffer.
- Add stubs for NdrMapCommAndFaultStatus, conformant string marshaling
  and context handle functions.

- Don't prefix the functions DllCanUnloadNow, DllGetClassObject and
  Dll(Un)RegisterServer with the dll name so that the compiler can check
  the prototypes.
