[ros-translate] Language-Teams?

Hi Everyone,
I don´t know who actually codes the international ReactOS homepages, so I got the idea of different language-teams. Let me explain it in detail:
In my imagination it would be great if the different language-hp´s would look exactly like ReactOS.com. Jason, or, whoever updates the homepage, sends the changes (news, faq-updates etc.) to the different teams who translate them into their language and publish them.
What do you think?
