[ros-translate] Translation-List Germany

Looks quite good for me, I would do only a few changes :

Benutzer Gebiet | Entwickler Gebiet <- change Gebiet with Site or Seite
ReactOS Titelseite <- sounds not that good.. We have to find another
headline
Untersysteme <- change to Subsysteme. "Sub" is a German syllable and it
sounds more professional ;)

And there are some spelling mistakes.

I'll translate "About ReactOS" and "Status" today if nobody is faster than
me :)
