[ros-translate] Special Expressions

Hi at all,
I would leave most of the technical-expressions as they are, people, who are interested more in that things know the meaning of them.

Maybe we should point out a boss for every language, that "I pick a site and translate it" leads to nothing (except many different translations on many different servers... ;-) )

For the german page, I would use "Startseite". "Titelseite" sound very strange, or leave it "Home", it´s common to use that expression on many websites.
