Hi HUMA:
I used CooktTop (freeware), is an XML editor and It can handle DocBook's files quite well, also supports almost all variants of Unicode UTF-8 UTF-16 UTF-32 (big and low endian)... To render the files as pdf, ps, html, ... you can use DocBook but I use a package based on DocBook wich I don't remember the name right now. Is a lot more user friendly. I'll tell you the name but first I have to dig in my hard disk ;). But you better find out how to deal with ezPublish, DocBook was dropped some time ago. I believe it is very user friendly but I have never tried it. If you can't find CookTop search for some XML editor(some of them can't handle it well, I had to try some until I found that one), the content of the file is just that XML.
Regards
Waldo
