[ros-translate] German Language Support

Hello,

i want to translate ReactOS and the ReactOS Homepage into the German
Language (many things are not up-to-date)...

My natural Language is German, and i kann read english text more or less
good... I understand englisch text, but my german->english translation
is not realy good, but reading things like the "Python Documentation" or
the "Blender 2.3 Guide" is no Problem for me...

How can i help?
