Hi tsk
1. Yes ros are able to show Japanese if the font
support Japanese for ReactOS are compiling as unicode.
and few place are compling as ansi But we are working on
to make whole ros unicode safe.
2. Which file are being translate by Wine to Japanese I do not know
But the swedish translate team are translating all en.rc to sv.rc
then it be send a patch to wine with the swedish translating
see reactos wikis about translation or come and vistor us at irc
#reactos at freenode.net, there u can get the answer much faster.
