[ros-translate] Translation Tool??

Hi

We (at least I) translate with notepad.
It's not that hard, since you usually don't have to change sizes of
buttons and etc.
I don't know of any application for this (except Visual Studio, but it
can be a little tricky to get it to import correctly)
