Hi,
     For those who wish to interact with my contribution (this is the one
that as been put forward for the vote), you can find it here

     They have all been made without the use of any layout tables and they
pass the W3C colour contrast standard.

     They have all been tested at 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768, with large
text, with small text, reduced browser window and they all scale very well.

     If you reduce the browser window at 1024x768 there will not be a
bottom scroll bar until the window is very small.
