Writing custom CMS for single project is maddness, specially as large
as this. AND as there are as versatile CMS's around as Mambo, is makes
absolutely no sense.

Besides, creating CMS might _sound_ like easy task but it's lot more
than you think. Creating simple index.php "content management" is
"easy as apple pie" but when you want to gain enough modularity etc.
so that it actually achieves usable state, it becomes pain in the
ass...
