SetParent(hWnd, hWnd) can set Window->FirstChild equal to Window.
(Is this right?)

When calling then NtUserSetWindowPos(), WinPosInternalMoveWindow() at
winpos.c:748 calls itself infinitely and crashes.

This happens with VLC media player v. 1.0.0

qutIM does that too when displaying contact list.
