Riot Channel !

It seemed ReactOS did not have a Riot Room.
So I created one myself.
Everyone from here is invited.
Riot is just like IRC with multimedia capabilities.
You can upload images. videos, audios, etc.

That's an app? It does not advertise a Windows client.

An app won't work on Windows XP, 7 or ReactOS...

I use XP and Win 7 in general and when I use Windows I won't touch any apps.

Near the bottom of the page the "Download App for Desktop" link to https://riot.im/desktop.html, which says:

So while they're using the current 'buzz-word' "App", it really is a full and proper Win7+ compatible desktop client.

They're not really hiding it, they have the link to the destkop page right along with all the other links. They're just trying to ride the hype about apps. The general public seems to want 'apps' nowadays, so that's what they call it.

OH yes... that responsive hamburger option gives you a hidden menu on desktop size screens, that is why I could not see the download link at all.

Responsive sites that don't cater for the desktop, grrrrr.

Click on it[ Click here ]. Pick/type an username and press enter. Enjoy.

If you already have an account and use Riot through your browser then you can still do the same. You won't have to Pick an username then.

If you are already using Riot with the app then go to room directory [ bottom left ] select "[ m ] Matrix" and search for "ReactOS"[ without Quotes ].
Click on it and enjoy. [ Applicable for desktop app for sure ]
There are still other ways.
