There are businesses using Microsoft products to the extents not intended by Microsoft and refuse to install anything non-MS(It is common in India, South Korea, Brazil and Turkey). They may change their stance after trying a batteries-included distribution of ReactOS, though.

Since when does MS Store only have MS crap?! This argument is plain useless and false.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

No, but a group policy can restrict software to be used. There is a Microsoft-only setting. Most addons are Store-only(Minesweeper and calculator are among them).
