Hi,
first, i think a little box with the 10 most recent posts on the startpage of reactos.org would be nice.
second, there was a comment function on test.reactos.org. what happened to it?
Keep up the great work,
Stefan

Re: Feature Suggestions
It's not possible to add such a box ("10 most recent posts"). The frontpage is a static page (html file) and xhtml 1.1 doesn't support iframes. But maybe we could add a rss feed for the forum.stefan wrote:Hi,

I removed the comment function, until i have more time to fix this feature.
what about a generator which generates everytime someone posts a topic a new static frontpage?

It seems a bit strange the phrase 'it is not possible'. I'm sure it is possible, if the javascript called is an PHP file and it reports its Content-Type properly (header() funtion). The more problematic site is in my opinion the integration with the forum although i have already thought in some manners to add it trying to be the less CPU consuming as possible.
Re: Feature Suggestions
You could use object tags instead of iframes as suggested by the W3C.frik85 wrote:It's not possible to add such a box ("10 most recent posts"). The frontpage is a static page (html file) and xhtml 1.1 doesn't support iframes. But maybe we could add a rss feed for the forum.
<object type="text/html" style="width:foo;height:bar"></object>
should do...
