Will ReactOS have Active Directory and Group Policy?
Since ReactOS is targeting Windows Server 2003, does that mean the server tools such as Active Directory and Group Policy are also planned or does it mean that ReactOS will be able to install software that Windows Server 2003 can? Having ReactOS as a domain controller would be impressive. I have a feeling that's not the goal though.

I definitely want to be able to run ROS as a DC at some point! I'm perfectly happy without some of the server roles like IIS or WSUS, but I'd like to see the typical small business server package of: ADDS (users, auth, PC domain join), DNS, DHCP, SMB file sharing. Of course GPO, printer sharing, and terminal services would be amazing since we're talking...

I assume "DC" means 'domain controller'.

No knowledgeable developer to implement such big functionalities --> they won't appear.

I feel that if Linux-based Zentyal (http://www.zentyal.org/) can be a primary domain controller or be joined as a secondary, then ROS can get there eventually as well. I believe their implementation of AD services is pretty much Samba 3 + LDAP with some secret sauce sprinkled on top.
