I would like to boot reactos using .iso that sits on flash drive as a file, using GRUB.
I did it with ubuntu, debian, knoppix, etc: http://skliarie.blogspot.com/2015/11/gr ... g-dok.html
For linux there is casper/iso-scan/filename= or isoloop= approach.
Is there something similar for reactos? Planned?
GRUB booting of the reactos .iso installer

Re: GRUB booting of the reactos .iso installer
It may be possible (I haven't however personally tested) to parameterize GRUB so that it loads the ISO file as a virtual disk, and starts the first sector(s) of the ISO, as they specify a small bootsector to load other stuff in the ISO.
Otherwise it may be possible to parameterize GRUB so that it loads the ISO file in memory, then finds and loads the freeldr.sys file and bootstraps it using some ideas from https://reactos.org/wiki/Boot_FreeLoader_from_GRUB .
