Second Edition is the other meaning to SE.(maybe Great Lord did).

Reactos Direct X system will be the other Edition of Direct X that works on windows. Nice to see it got everyone out a rut and truly brainstorming. XInput and Xconnect are part of X11. Yes X11 runs on Windows. So would be confusing.

Also there was a reason why I did not go React... It so it can be done like Microsoft. Microsoft Direct X. Reactos Straight Expression. Reactos ReactX is not that simple to say. Reactos Great X works for me.

But there's something about what you say...
ReactOS isn't (just) the company name, it's the product name...

actually I ment it' the other way around... XInput is part of DirectX and will stay in the future. (or so I'm told) So it will be confusing no mather what... but you make a valid point with the MS signature.

Ok Microsoft confused it. Xinput from Microsoft is to use Xbox 360 controllers. Xinput in X11 is keyboards and mice. The normal name in Direct X for input for normal joysticks, mice and keyboards is "Direct Input". Sorry I had not noticed that Microsoft had added that and called it that. Thinking I don't have a Xbox 360 or Xbox 360 controller so I never dug into that section.

Then you degrade the ReactOS name with too many React..... Imagine if there were 20 different companies with IPod, then you would not know which one it is you want. Same problem, normal people will not know which React... it is that they want.
