If you experience the codepage error in freeloader, it means that you have a corrupted registry.
To (partly) solve this problem, you can either:
a) Reinstall ReactOS
b) Replace the system32\config with an older working one
For b), first you have to backup your config dir, copy it for example in your root. After FreeLoader gives you the error, delete your system32\config dir and copy your backup there.
If you use VMWare, you can use the VMware DiskMount Utility. For QEMU there is an other program, but I can't come up at it at this moment (search on this forum).
If this method doesn't work, you have to reinstall ReactOS (possibly after a format)
