I share this link http://gespadas.com/xfce-escritorio-iconos, i think about this, it's a nice effect to the icons in the desktop area (rectangle icons), maybe reactos should implements a similar idea and then be more beautiful to final user, greetings.

i like the idea of rectangular icons, still keeps space for originality (see the GIMP icon) and yet has unified style.
