Here is where you can post your wallpapers. I apologize for the size, just right-click and "View image" to see the full picture. I'll go first:

Re: ReactOS Wallpapers
There is no need to open up a new thread for the wallpapers, nor to open a new contest for wallpapers. I am already busy with it, as you may have noted, if you scrolled a bit and looked at the topics of the threads. I'll add these to the gallery, as soon as you confirm the pictures are public domain or CC0.

Yes, but under what licence?Parament Technologies wrote:Oops. Also...they are all genuinely made by you? I mean; completely? Because taking images from somewhere else and than adapting them, doesn't allow to 'turn' them into another licence.
I think it's all right if it's under public domain, under CC0 (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/), GPL and possibly CC-BY (though I didn't get a clear answer, or, more precise, no answer at all from the PR guys (z98 and vic) if CC-BY was ok too. Even after asking multiple times.)
Wait, I'll ask again: vic, z98 is a wallpaper under CC-BY ok to use in ROS?

If you don't send them a private message via the forums, or an email, they won't see your post (and your question(s))...Webunny wrote:I think it's all right if it's under public domain, under CC0 (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/), GPL and possibly CC-BY (though I didn't get a clear answer, or, more precise, no answer at all from the PR guys (z98 and vic) if CC-BY was ok too. Re: ReactOS Wallpapers
That would be strange, seen the fact they read and respond to my other posts (well, mostly). In fact, I think they are well aware of my questions, not only regarding the wallpaper, but also regarding the Dutch translation-thing. If they don't respond, it is because they choose so.hbelusca wrote:If you don't send them a private message via the forums, or an email, they won't see your post (and your question(s))...Webunny wrote:I think it's all right if it's under public domain, under CC0 (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/), GPL and possibly CC-BY (though I didn't get a clear answer, or, more precise, no answer at all from the PR guys (z98 and vic) if CC-BY was ok too. Regardless, I've dealt with any contingencies by having 5 extra backup-wallpapers chosen, for if one or more of the first 5 wouldn't be good enough after all.
