The compatible text is more viewable since it's now at 10 pixels. Simply stating it is "compatible" doesn't mean it was "designed for" ReactOS.

Keep in mind, I'm trying to keep these tango-based more or less. The palette is not very flexible as one would think.

Hy Peoples,

you are can scale the Pictures before it goes into the pressure, you need not shut so small, each paper's printing company or so take great pictures and shrink them. Therefore you need not be so stengen, the only blurred images. i hope it wrote right, fast words ... not make so small, it can be make small befor printing like oowriter or so, import image, klick on them once and then make it small per Switchkey+mouse by move corner

how about just an original ReactOS logo (you can see it in top left corner of this page) and the word "ready" under it.
so it would say: "ReactOS ready"

PS: Does ReactOS have a new logo (i mean icon)? the light-blue one? i like the original.

Hi, I like these 2 versions : [ external image ] and [ external image ].
But for the second one, i think that you should put the C (compatible) outside the O (ROS). Just lay the bar and put "Compatible" more towards the right. I think it will look good.

And I agree with you : "Compatible" fits better than "Designed for" or "Ready" because it means that ROS adjusts for the software or hardware and not vice-versa.

I also tried to do a logo with this tutorial : PNG (below) & SVG.
For info, the logo is Aape's and can be found here.
But I think mine is just too complicated and not good viewable at low resolution.

so call the developers or me (i have it too) a other isnt not he
"Orginal Desighned Reactos Logo" in my eyes .. sorry for that but i stand behind Reactos
and behind the Logo. The logo shold be not ever changed.. it is not good....
the simplysized (or so) is good behint the Cd if take it out of the cover
with black rippled plastic as simplyzed signed behind the CD, but shold not realy now taking a other logo..

Maybe this is just my opinion, but do we _need_ a sticker like this to put on computers? Let's face it, the entire "Vista Ready" thing is nothing more than a hairbrained advertising scheme.

IIRC, "Designed for ReactOS" logo was intended to be put on software that uses ReactOS-specific API and/or adheres to ReactOS applications specs. Read the beginning of this thread for more details.

oky, if we need, need we are a sticker
in 2 or 3 weeks i become a free hand on my broken lil' finger and the "Gips" it's gone,
so i whant make a "RosReady" Stiker like modern .. with Reactos orginal Logo
if you are whant.. if my little finger healed..

but.. imho .. Reactos is a -Win32- amphibious System and shold can install anywere with Drivers,
but alone for advising it's a sticker perfeckty to ad it still in "Mediamarkt" or some
electronic Shop *hehehehe*

anyway I whant create a modern Sticker with Gimp if healed my lil' finger on mousehand ..

edit: i have make a grafic with a biro and taped it on my Monitor, it's my first work if gone the gips.

I thought the goal of ROS was to be able to run Windows apps with no code modifications? Wouldn't that defeat the purpose?
