looks good, but is it compatible to most of the browser AND ReactOS itself? ;)

I think that the website was already redesigned and the only thing that remained is making actual site out of concept designs. Am I right?

Well, it is a design at this stage (i.e. a layered psd). As for the implementation it would be xhtml 1.0 Transitional and compliant to every browser available. The standard xhtml would then be utilized on site. It is really, that simple to implement and if the ReactOS utilized simplified smarty like templating it should be non-trivial to implement.

I just put it together because, I was bored.

Yes, there was a design that was mocked and was ready for implementation to my knowledge however, no web designer, coder or etc have approached the implementation with any real assertion. So, that is why I decided to make a design. I am stripping to html and css now; and applying my customized stylesheet to the live reactos.org website with my own custom stylesheet to override all the graphics, fonts and displays just to do it.

I will likely just do some curl posts to from my website in order to re-design the entire site once I have a basic layout override. So, regardless I'm doing it and will see how it turns out. :)
