Network and Audio cannot work within VBox

Post by Vladimir-Suzdal »

After I installed ReactOS in VBox, and installed VBoxAdditions, I found I cannot use network and audio, and I found several devices are recognized as “Other Devices”, including network and audio devices. Is there anyway to making them works?

Audio has a driver in RAPPS. Network works when you use a Windows 2003 VM
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

I do, but the problem is still there. I used VBox 5.2 now on Win10.

What are your virtual NIC settings? What hardware is it presenting to the VM? How is it setup to connect?

These are my working settings:

Yes, it works for me. I have also imported XP Mode into VBox, but the network works for me pretty without any configurations, even if I uninstalled Virtual PC Intergration in there (The default NIC setting for Network is NAT).

(After downloading the package, you can extract a VHD file by 7-zip, then you can import into VBox.)

I'm using a virtual machine and did not know I could put it. Thank you.
